My Personal Journey
I started this journey over two years ago at 135 lbs. I was skinny, unhappy with my appearance, and invisible. I lacked confidence, and people treated me differently because of how I looked. That is reality, whether people want to admit it or not.
Fast forward to today, and I am over 200 lbs. I did not get here by accident. Even when I was small, I understood that results come from mastering pharmacology, diet, and training, not guessing or hoping. I applied these principles relentlessly while others made excuses. That is why I look the way I do today. I have lived the process from the bottom up, and that is exactly what qualifies me to lead others who are ready to do the same.
